PARTICIPANT PROFILE

For remote and virtual teams who need to solve complex problems, catalyze and accelerate critical business and innovation project work. 

There are no prerequisites — beginners and seasoned designers can drive business impact with this sprint.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Highly immersive and delivered via a video conferencing platform by an ExperiencePoint facilitator.

Teams collaborate in real-time and capture the entire sprint using the digital collaboration platform, MURAL, or a client’s preferred collaboration tool (an additional fee is incurred when using client tools).

Available in numerous formats to meet each client’s business objectives.

Available for 10 to 50 participants per sprint.

What you'll learn

Participants learn how to use the tools and methods of human-centered design to understand their problem and who they’re solving for, explore a range of possible solutions, identify the most viable ideas and bring them to life with low-fidelity prototypes and iterative feedback.

Participants leave the sprint as experienced, virtual collaborators and with a framework for problem-solving and innovation that they can continue to use long after the sprint is finished.

Individual remote participants receive microbites of learning to apply to a real challenge. The learning and application pieces are modular, hence there are multiple variations of the program available.:

Impact + Pre-Work: Two Facilitated Modules + Pre-Work = 9 hours

    • Pre-Work: 60 mins of individual pre-work
    • Day 1 (4 hrs): Gather Inspiration + Synthesize for Action
    • Day 2 (4 hrs): Generate Ideas, Make Ideas Tangible & Test to Learn

Impact + Aware + Homework: Three Facilitated Modules + Homework = 11 hours + 30min Homework

    • No Pre-Work required
    • Day 1 (3 hrs): Aware + introduction to Design Thinking + Interview preparation
    • Day 3 (4 hrs): Gather Inspiration + Synthesize for Action
    • Day 2 (4 hrs): Generate Ideas, Make Ideas Tangible & Test to Learn
