Register Your Sales Opportunity

You can do it.  We’re here to help.

As an ExperiencePoint partner, you can trust that there is a diverse, talented and enthusiastic team standing behind you, driven to champion all that’s possible for you and your business. What’s more? We’re unendingly curious! And interested to learn all we can about you, your clients and their unique needs.

That’s why we created the new Sales Opportunity Registration Process (see form below). The better that our team understands your prospective buyers, the problems they are trying to solve and the various solutions you can provide, the better your ExperiencePoint partner account manager (and by extension, the ExperiencePoint team) can truly work as your Sales & Marketing co-pilot.

We also recognize that sometimes, there is overlap between our clients’ efforts and our own, and identifying that together is an important part of our collective commitment. Our Customer Relationship Database will allow us to recognize these instances early and quickly and to avoid confusion or duplication of work.

Identifying key information regarding your prospects and contacts — such as new sales conversations, programs you are positioning, timing of contracting and programming, and event contact information — will help us work more closely together to win more business. Please note that deal registrations need to be requested at least 4 weeks prior to your session date in order for deal registration pricing to be successfully applied.

Please take 2 minutes to register your sales opportunity with ExperiencePoint.

Sales Opportunity Registration FAQ

  • It is not imperative that you have answers to all questions within the opportunity registration form in order to submit. (Client name, opportunity value and anticipated dates are enough to get you started).
  • It is best that you register your opportunity early in the sales process as this helps to reduce the possibility of multiple partners, or ExperiencePoint, unknowingly competing for the same business.
  • Registering your opportunity with our team also helps to alert key ExperiencePoint contacts as to what you are working on so that we can better support you in your sales & marketing efforts throughout the sales process.
  • Deal registrations need to be requested at least 4 weeks prior to your session date in order for deal registration pricing to be successfully applied.
  • You will receive a response from your Partner Account Manager within 1 business day.  Responses will include:
    • Accepted opportunity registration (Green light):  you are officially partnering with ExperiencePoint on this opportunity. Your ExperiencePoint Partner Account Manager will be in touch with you periodically to check in on the status of your opportunity and to offer sales and/or marketing support
    • Declined Opportunity Registration (Red light): This response indicates  there is an existing partner who has already registered this opportunity or that this is an active client of ExperiencePoint. You may wish to proceed with this opportunity, however ExperiencePoint is unable to strategically support you due to channel conflict.
    • Opportunity In Review (Yellow light):  This response indicates that our team is looking into the opportunity registration to ensure that there is no existing conflict and will confirm back with you within 48 hours.
  • Dedicated attention and support that is opportunity-specific as you work through the opportunity with your client; approval signifies that we are partnering together in winning this business!
  • Clear communication and transparency between yourself and the ExperiencePoint team regarding selling efforts and client work.
  • Requested details:
    • End-Client organization name
    • Projected contracting dates;
    • estimated contract value if known (between ExperiencePoint & partner);
    • ExperiencePoint Product(s) being included in this deal;
    • sales stage of the opportunity (by percentage, by: 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%)

We understand that sales cycles aren’t always predictable. For new opportunities registered with ExperiencePoint, we will consider the opportunity “at play” for 6 months from the date of opportunity registration.

  • In circumstances where a registered opportunity is declined, it is because it's either an ExperiencePoint key account or that another partner has already registered the same deal.
  • The partner whose deal registration request was declined, still reserves the right to go ahead with their pitch/ proposal with an understanding that ExperiencePoint isn’t actively pursuing this opportunity in partnership with them.
